Christmas Eve dinner: snacks or appetizers suggestions? - veggie appetizers
We have Beef Wellington for Christmas dinner with baked potatoes and other vegetables, cookies and cream pie pecans for dessert. I kind of want to take a drink or a snack before dinner. Suggestions. I do not want anything too heavy or it could take the rubber.

Salads are always good. Fresh fruit (apples and grapes) and cheese and crackers. Melon wrapped in ham. Endive stuffed with egg salad easy.
